With a 25 year background in the business world, Chris brings a wealth of commercial and management experience gained from leading blue-chip organisations. His move into general management evolved from a career path in sales and marketing which included several international assignments, the last as CEO.

Chris is passionate about helping organisations become higher performance leaders in their sector by developing and implementing ambitious but realistic business plans. The capability to do that is ultimately about winning customers and getting the right people into the organisation, doing the right things. Keeping it simple yet focussed is critical.

Chris is now working as a business mentor to a range of SME's as well as mentoring individuals to improve their own performance and achieve their personal goals. He is also an associate consultant with boutique consultancy that specialises in lifting operational effectiveness to drive bottom line performance.
