Pre-requisite = The Strategic Planning Workshop

This workshop can be held immediately after a Strategic Planning Workshop (a typical 2 day total event = 9 hours), or approximately 2 weeks after the Strategic planning Session.

This is the tactical implementation of the strategic direction that you have established for your company. Your Vision, Values, External SWOTAC and the One Page Business Plan are the starting points for this workshop.

There are various implementation processes that can be followed. These include the departments and business units in your company preparing their plans and presenting them to the leadership team. Alternatively, for smaller companies, the tactical plans can be taken down to the individual manager level.
