This workshop is recommended for most Small to Medium size companies.

Questionnaires are required to be completed for the preparation of the workshop. These are completed during a 45 minute one to one interview with each participant and the facilitator.

This is a fully featured process and the outcomes are rich in engagement of the leadership team. All the major elements are covered up to the final 1PBP®.
